From BusUp, a young, dynamic, and flexible company, we are looking for a new incorporation to become part of the Product team as Product Owner.

What are we looking for 👀

We are looking for a proactive and decisive person, who is capable of collaborating with others and who knows how to function in environments of great uncertainty and constant change.

But above all we are looking for someone who wants to grow and develop in a technological environment, knowing the client and collaborating closely with your technology colleagues.

You will be working in the Product Department in the ideation, creation and development of new projects and functionalities.

One of our team members will be your mentor and our objective is to guide you and help you grow in-house - at the same time you will be helping us improve our product.

Your daily job will be:

• Create, define and adjust the backlog with the needs of the clients
• Definition of new features/ modules
• Monitoring of developments.
• Report and guarantee the viability of the projects
• Conduct focus groups
• Conduct A/B test
• Help in the testing of the new developments
• Data extraction and analysis.
• Preparation of reports
• Preparation of user manuals

Requirements 🔍

• 3 years of relevant experience as PO, Product manager or as a Business Analyst (Consulting preferably)
• Fluent in spoken and written English & Spanish. Portuguese would be a strong plus
• Experience in UX/UI
• Experience in A/B testing and focus groups
• Proactive and good in time management
• Ability to work in a team-based environment
• Ability to prioritize efforts to obtain the maximum benefit for the client
• Flexibility and comfortable working in a quickly changing environment
• Critical attitude to analyze both the solutions / products proposed, and the developments implemented by the team.
• Good communication skills

It would be a plus:

• Experience as a programmer
• Computer science career or similar
• Analytics
• Firebase
