We are looking for an enthusiastic, dedicated, and open-minded person to join our Operations team who shares our same passion: help creating a more sustainable future with corporate commuting services.

Key responsibilities 馃殞

路 Identify potential providers and establish partnerships

路 Conduct market price research and plan appropriate cost strategies

路 Negotiate prices and contractual terms with our providers, ensuring negotiating margins and good communication with the sales team.

路 Estimate the operational costs, respecting the guidelines defined by the sales team

路 Control budget and forecast, developing comparative cost tables

路 Elaborate reports referring to the market prices practiced

路 Monitor suppliers' performance and evaluate service quality

路 Build and manage relations with our operators, ensuring that their needs are met

路 Work in collaboration with other teams such as Sales and Operations to ensure that our providers meet the company's needs.

Requirements 馃攳

路 High School diploma (preferably with a professional course in Logistics or Transportation)

路 More than 3 years of relevant experience in the transportation or logistics industry

路 Fluent in Spanish

路 Excellent analytical skill and technical problem management skill is needed

路 Ability to work accurately under pressure to meet tight deadlines

路 Ability to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
