What are we looking for 👀

We are looking for an enthusiastic, dedicated, and open-minded person to join our Operations team who shares our same passion: help creating a more sustainable future with corporate commuting services.


Key responsibilities 🚌

· Identify potential providers and establish partnerships

· Conduct market price research and plan appropriate cost strategies

· Negotiate prices and contractual terms with our providers, ensuring negotiating margins and good communication with the sales team.

· Estimate the operational costs, respecting the guidelines defined by the sales team

· Control budget and forecast, developing comparative cost tables

· Elaborate reports referring to the market prices practiced

· Monitor suppliers' performance and evaluate service quality

· Build and manage relations with our operators, ensuring that their needs are met

· Work in collaboration with other teams such as Sales and Operations to ensure that our providers meet the company's needs.


Requirements 🔍

· High School diploma (preferably with a professional course in Logistics or Transportation)

· More than 3 years of relevant experience in the transportation or logistics industry

· Fluent in Spanish

· Excellent analytical skill and technical problem management skill is needed

· Ability to work accurately under pressure to meet tight deadlines

· Ability to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
