Key responsibilities 馃殞

路 Establish and maintain productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned key accounts

路 Develop relationships with our clients to identify possible expansion and add value

路 Detecting customers' needs and ensuring their satisfaction by solving their problems

路 Implement the action plans per customer to optimize relationships and level of satisfaction

路 Maintain frequent contact with our departments whenever necessary to ensure our operations projects are running as agreed

路 Building monthly reports through the identification of possible routes optimization and cost-saving opportunities

路 Evaluation of feasibility and launch proposal to Live Operations responsible

路 Guide, train and motivate our customers to reach increasing levels of productivity and relationship quality


Requirements 馃攳

路 Business Management, Economy, Marketing degree or related field

路 More than 5 years of relevant experience

路 Experience in consulting is a plus

路 Fluent in spoken and written English. Spanish would be a plus

路 Customer oriented approach

路 Strong analytical skills

路 Strong communication and interpersonal skills

路 Ability to work accurately under pressure to meet tight deadlines

路 Ability to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
